How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have a date. Popular Saturdays in spring and fall book out 12–18 months in advance. Even if your date is soon, reach out — we'll let you know if we're available.
Do you travel outside of Sylvania / Toledo?

Yes — we love to travel. We cover all of Northwest Ohio and beyond. Travel fees may apply for weddings more than 60 miles from Sylvania. Just ask and we'll give you a clear quote upfront.
What's required to lock in our date?

A signed contract and a retainer deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. We keep it simple and completely transparent.
Can we meet before booking?

Absolutely — we love getting to know our couples before the wedding day. We can set up a quick video call or meet in person. Just mention it when you reach out.
How long until we receive our films?

Your highlights film is typically delivered within 6–8 weeks. Full footage takes a little longer due to editing volume. We keep you updated throughout and will never leave you wondering.
Do I get the full footage back or just a highlights reel?

You get everything back — fully edited. Complete ceremony, every speech, first look, all dances, cake cutting, send-off. The highlights film is an additional cinematic edit on top of all of that, not a replacement for it.
